Job Description
Department: NPI & Engineering
Designation: Engineer NPI
Experience: 35 years of experience in Cable Harness
Education: BE in ECE/EEE
Location: Mysore
- BOM Knowledge & Preparation.
- RFQ/BMQ Preparation and submission
- RFQ process Knowledge for CT & NRE study and submission.
- Knowledge for Alternative parts selection.
- Knowledge on PFMEA Process Control Plan PPAP & Other manufacturing process for cable harness.
- NPI Process experience in cable harness.
- Process experience for Box build integration & Cable integration.
- Knowledge on IPCWHMAA620 standard or Mil standards.
- Knowledge on PFMEA Process Control Plan PPAP & Other manufacturing process for cable harness.
- Knowledge on lean manufacturing & basic six sigma tools.
- FAI activities from Aerospace and defense projects /Performing Risk management activities / submission of MIF documents.
Position: Sr.Engineer NPI Experience: 4-6 Years in Box Build Assembly Qualification: BE-EEE Work Location: Mysore Job Description: Understand customer requirements of products and design and setup the manufacturing process to meet the same. Preparing manufacturing process flow and work instructions. Preparing BOM and upload to ERP. Development of jigs and fixtures Implement ECNs Resolve queries with customer. Configuration management Experience in handling BOx Build Assembly Very good technical Knowledge Good work experience in Manufacturing Industry Good communication Skill
