Job Description
- Assist recruitment consultant in creating and drafting candidates resumes.
- Perform data entry to update and maintain databases and candidate records.
- Assist in creating job openings or job ads on career websites and employment portals.
- Update and maintain databases and systems with accurate candidate information.
- Assist in organizing company events or employee engagement activities.
- To conduct market research to understand market trends.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources Business Mass Communications Psychology or any related field.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in Chinese English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proactive and eager to learn about various aspects of new knowledge and skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
