Job Description
- Basic up to $3000
- 23 months performance bonus
- 5 days work week (morning/noon rotational shift)
- Permanent role
- Central region
- Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
- Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
- Follow up on residents requests
- Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
- Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required
- Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
