Job Description
A wonderful Critical Access Hospital located south of Des Moines IA is looking for a qualified Social Worker! Seeking fulltime permanent position. Details are below:
Social Worker Opportunity:
- $12000 sign on Bonus! Relocation assistance also available.
- Pay rate: $33.42 $41.78 an hour!
- Fulltime position Mon Fri 8 5.
- Salary position exempt.
- Social Worker will be working in the family medicine clinic of the hospital.
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Social Worker must have an LMHC LMSW or LISW in the state of Iowa or be eligible to obtain.
- Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Masters in Clinical Social Work or equivalent.
- This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
