Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Junior Content Moderator who is a native Dutch speaker and proficient in English to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will be tasked with reviewing monitoring and managing usergenerated content across various platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess usergenerated content to ensure compliance with established community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing content in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and enhance moderation processes.
- Provide insights on trends and issues observed during content review.
- Assist users by addressing their questions and concerns regarding content policies.
Qualifications
- Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is beneficial but not required.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high quality standards.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
