We are seeking a dynamic individual to develop and launch a strategic partnerships channel focused on Telegram groups and communities, aligned with our company's growth objectives. This role involves identifying, researching, and reaching out to Telegram group owners, admins, and influencers to forge meaningful partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Research and identify key Telegram groups and influencers that align with our brand. Initiate contact to propose partnership opportunities that will enhance our visibility within their communities.
Negotiation and Agreements: Engage in negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring that our content receives optimal promotion within their groups.
Creative Outreach: Develop innovative outreach strategies and partnership models to attract new collaborations that will drive traffic and enhance our brand visibility.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships, using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic quality, conversion rates, and user engagement. Utilize this data to optimize and scale traffic generated from Telegram collaborations.
Ongoing Communication: Maintain continuous communication with partners, providing them with insights, data, and creative ideas to strengthen our relationships and improve results for both parties.
Campaign Coordination: Design and coordinate specialized campaigns during key events or seasonal opportunities to maximize engagement and traffic from Telegram communities.
Performance Tracking: Track, report, and iterate on partnership performance to refine strategies and enhance future collaborations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in Telegram partnership management or community engagement, with measurable results in boosting traffic and enhancing brand visibility.
Communication Skills: Strong English communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a preference for experience in US-based markets.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, capable of impressing both internal teams and external partners.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including lead generation, audience engagement, and traffic optimization.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership success using data and identify areas for improvement.
Independence and Multitasking: Ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Telegram analytics tools is a plus, enabling the assessment of partnership performance and strategic adjustments.
