Job Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing troubleshooting and repairing equipment machinery or systems while providing topnotch customer service. This role requires technical skills attention to detail and a proactive attitude to ensure efficient operation and client satisfaction. The Service Technician will work independently and as part of a team in various settings maintaining a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
Identify and address equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and visual inspection.
Repair and Maintenance:
Conduct repairs part replacements and scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Installation and Assembly:
Set up new equipment to meet operational standards and client specifications.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of services repairs and replacements; complete work orders and service reports.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients about repairs maintenance schedules and equipment handling.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in relevant field preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in service maintenance or technical support (industryspecific experience preferred).
Skills and Abilities:
- Drivers License: Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various physical positions
- Math Proficiency: Comfortable with basic math calculations for troubleshooting and measuring
- Attention to Detail: Highly detailoriented ensuring accuracy in diagnostics and repairs

Working Conditions:
