Our client is a leading finance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Digital Transformation of Financial Processes
- Serve as the lead business expert for Finance and Accounting in companywide digital transformation projects.
- Define validate and communicate requirements for digital finance projects to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Confirm project timelines and allocate necessary financial resources collaborating with related departments to ensure progress and successful project outcomes.
Cost Optimization for the Entire Company
- Review revenue and cost structures across the organization to identify areas for cost optimization.
- Propose targeted solutions and strategies to optimize costs maximizing overall company profitability.
Business Finance Management
- Establish pricing models for various business segments and services tailored to specific customer and product profiles.
- Identify and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and performance within each service line and business segment.
- Define evaluation metrics for each business service area to monitor and optimize performance.
- Assist business units and functional departments in developing their annual business plans including revenue costs and profit targets.
- Provide financial consulting services to business units developing periodic and adhoc reports including analysis of strengths and weaknesses business profitability and strategic recommendations to support informed decisionmaking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managing revenue cost and profitability metrics across multiple dimensions including by product region service line and client.
Support to the CFO
- Assist the CFO in overseeing accounting activities tax management and procurement/bidding controls.
- Support coordination with Risk Management Legal & Compliance Investor Relations and other departments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance Economics Accounting Auditing or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and oversight ideally within a bank or a comparable securities firm.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting with the ability to adapt to various business models.
- Advanced financial analysis and management skills.
- Prior experience and competency in IT and systems implementation particularly in largescale organizations is a strong advantage.
- Professional accounting certifications are preferred.
- Indepth knowledge of financial statements regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical communication and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and digital finance tools.
