Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Sr. Functional Consultant/SME with a strong background in commercial lending syndication and LoanIQ implementations. This role involves handson expertise in guiding migration projects driving business and IT workshops and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions for client requirements. The candidate will lead functional analysis document requirements resolve product issues and manage the configuration of LoanIQ systems ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Additionally this position requires experience in loan trading assetbased specialty lending and structured lending environments to ensure the LoanIQ platform is optimized for complex syndicated lending and loan servicing.

Job Requirements
- Strong Knowledge Areas: Expertise in Commercial Lending and Syndication.
- LoanIQ Expertise: Proven track record as a Business Analyst Functional Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Finastra LoanIQ implementations product upgrades and migrations.
- Migration Projects: Deep experience with migration project models and execution frameworks.
- Workshops and Solution Provisioning: Ability to lead and drive Business and IT workshops crafting solutions in coordination with teams.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in writing effective Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification documentation.
- Product Configuration and Issue Resolution: Strong skills in product setup and troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: High analytical and solution design skills to assess and address customer requirements.
- Lending Knowledge: Familiarity with agency nonagency bilateral and structured lending including assetbased and specialty lending types.
- Workflow and Compliance: Experience in workflow optimization audit requirements and reporting regulations.
- Loan Trading: Competence in primary and secondary loan trading.
- LoanIQ and Operations: Solid understanding of LoanIQ functionalities and Loan Operations/Servicing to ensure fitforpurpose platform usage.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and coordinating a team of 10 to 20 members taking full ownership of delivery.
5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services such as Google Cloud Storage. 5+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Proficiency in development languages such as Go and Python, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Extensive experience in working with container-based technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong background in using CI/CD tools to support continuous development and deployment processes. In-depth knowledge of various database technologies, including CloudSQL, NoSQL, and Relational databases. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the release process, especially within a container-native workflow. 5+ years of experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages such as Ansible, Bash, and Groovy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work collaboratively across departments. A Google Cloud Architect certification is a strong plus.
