Role and Responsibilities
Developing a revolutionary finance marketplace product that includes design user experience and business logic to ensure the product is easy to use appealing and effective.
Ensure that the implementation adheres to defined specs and processes in the PRD
Own endtoend quality of deliverables during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Work with managers leads and peers to come up with implementation options
Ability to function effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage continuously changing business need
Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation within the team.
Design and develop the pod s software components and systems.
Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and processes driving adoption to ensure highquality products.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Front development delivering enterpriseclass web applications and services.
Experience in client & serverside JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 React.js node and webpack redux
Working knowledge of React Native is a plus
Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns
Have a passion for quality and writing clean readable code that scales and performs well.
Experience in developing automated unit and functional tests.
Experience in building and using RESTful APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
Knowledge in crossbrowser crossplatform and design constraints on the web.
Experience with the Cloud technologies of AWS and GCP and developing secure applications
Good understanding of NoSQL and RDBMS
Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of analytics and monitoring tools
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Benefits
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 9-12 years of experience in call centre management, automation or a similar role. Proficiency in using dialer software and call centre technologies. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including TCPA and DNC rules. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
