Account Executive
The Account Executive role works directly with customers and partners across Fire EMS and Office of Emergency Management agencies. Your focus will be prospecting and driving new business in your territory. You will receive significant support internally from Sales Marketing and Product teams in a collaborative fast paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new relationships with public safety professionals and partners.
- Build & maintain a highperformance sale pipeline manage efficient & professional sales cycles and close contracts.
- Lead discovery with agencies on their needs and present innovative new strategies to transform preincident planning mobile response and community engagement into thriving components of their organization.
- Travel to customer sites and attend trade shows.
- Foster a professional sales culture of mutual benefit to both First Due and the customer.
- Maintain current understanding of public safety industry including software ecosystem trends performance indicators competitive landscape and business practices.

Key Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of Public Safety software experience (preferably in Fire or Emergency Management).
- Strong organization & communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
- 3 years of solution selling presenting to large customer groups and negotiation.
- Ability to lead collaborate and work autonomously in a fastpaced startup team environment with a positive attitude.
- Collaborative approach to working with marketing product and customer success teams.
- Proficient with CRM Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota goals.
