Job Description
As the Workforce and Reporting Analyst you will delve into workforce data identifying trends and offering insights that elevate business performance. Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that give clear visibility into workforce metrics like productivity staffing and performance. You ll collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs support data integrity and implement solutions that enhance workforce planning.

Work setup: Hybrid Ortigas (must be open to any sites within Metro Manila)
Key Responsibilities: Metrics that Matter
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends patterns and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards providing insights into workforce metrics including staffing levels productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with management on workforce forecasting and planning.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies for organizational goals.
- Conduct data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing workforce management systems and tools.
- Support training and onboarding for new team members in data reporting.
- Stay updated on industry advancements in workforce analytics.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: DataDriven Skills for Workforce Success
- Minimum of 5 years experience in workforce analytics capacity planning data analysis forecasting scheduling realtime management reporting or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience using workforce management systems such as WebEx GeneSys eWFM Zendesk or equivalent.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
