Job Title: GermanSpeaking Content Moderator Search Engine Project
Location: Lisbon Portugal

Cross Border Talents is on the lookout for a dynamic BPO Partner Company to join an exciting Search Engine Content Moderation project in Lisbon! If youre a local talent with a passion for ensuring a safe and engaging online environment this role could be your perfect match.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Review and analyze content across the search engine platform to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Flagging Inappropriate Content: Identify and escalate content that violates community guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to flagged content in an efficient and timely manner.
Candidate Profile:
- Language Requirements:
- German (C2) proficiency is mandatory.
- English (B2) level is required.
- Must be a local candidate (no relocation package available). We are specifically seeking professionals who already reside in Portugal and have valid work authorization.
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotative shifts between 08:00 AM 22:00 PM.
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday giving you the perfect worklife balance!
- Work Model: Onsite at our partners Lisbon office.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1300EUR (paid 14 times a year).
- Language Bonus: 250EUR per month (paid across 12 months).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 380EUR based on monthly performance.
- Meal Allowance: 7.63EUR per working day (net).

- Manifestao de Interesse (Expression of Interest)
- Visas (under consultation).
