Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the daytoday activities of the company ensuring all projects and processes are executed efficiently. This role involves managing resources driving operational strategies and collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless delivery of engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and problemsolving skills with a passion for optimizing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow productivity and efficiency.
Monitor and manage project timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Collaborate with department heads to align operations with Axionovas longterm goals.
Lead and manage crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth execution of engineering projects.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across all projects.
Oversee vendor relationships contracts and supply chain logistics.
Optimize resource allocation staffing and utilization for efficient project delivery.
Implement and track KPIs to measure operational performance and identify improvement areas.
Prepare and present reports to the executive team on project statuses budgets and operational risks.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
7 years of experience in operations management preferably in engineering or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing crossfunctional teams.
Excellent organizational communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera or equivalent).
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
Pay Information
FullTime Salary Range: $97500 $105000
