Operations Generalist @ SPLICE

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Managing onboarding processes for new customers ensuring a smooth transition and optimal product adoption while acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitoring customer health metrics (e.g. churn NPS engagement rates) and proactively addressing issues to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve the user experience.
  • Managing the scheduling and coordination of product demos for prospective clients ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives and prospects and following up postdemo to clarify next steps.
  • Assisting in prospecting efforts by researching potential leads identifying decisionmakers and developing outbound prospecting campaigns (email LinkedIn cold calling) to generate new leads.
  • Qualifying inbound leads by assessing their readiness to purchase before passing them to the sales team.

Maintaining a consistent flow of leads Assisting in forecasting and reporting sales metrics and preparing regular reports for leadership.


Youd be Great if you Have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in sales customer service or a related role with previous experience in a B2B or SaaS environment being a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

  • A selfmotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
