Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 35 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Previous experience and an interest and passion for tech is most important. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Disqualifiers: Candidates without a strong foundation in the MS office suite including Microsoft teams will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain significant previous experience supporting big marketing technology (martech) platform technologies as well as work across engineering and marketing teams.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and ability to work in crossfunctional teams.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years of Experience
1. Minimum 4 years experience with advertising platforms (Microsoft Advertising Google Ads Facebook Ads etc)
2. Minimum 4 years experience with cross functional teams.
3. Minimum 4 years experience with technical/business content writing.
Hard Skills Assessments
Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP.
Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 rounds a screen with the Microsoft sponsor and another member of his team.
Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have their previous experience prepared prior to the assessment.
