Summary:
We are seeking a CMDB with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now and IT Service Management. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT service processes and ensuring seamless operations.
- Evaluate existing asset management process and the design implementation and management of new/improved systems for efficiency and effectiveness starting from procurement till disposal.
- HAM processes starting from procurement till disposal across Organisation
- Define scope of the asset management processes function the items that are to be controlled and the information that is to be recorded.
- Ensure asset management standards and procedures are being followed.
- Ensure assets are uniquely identified with naming conventions; ensure compliance with identification standards for object types environments processes life cycles documentation versions formats baselines releases and templates
- Propose interfaces with change management problem management network management release management finance and administration functions
- Provides report including management reports.
- Liaise with the Field services Procurement SPOCs Hands and feet teams to ensure the data accuracy.
- Asset Baseline and process flow creation
- Managing hardware Asset Management Operation (Planning Designing and Forecasting
