Ecommerce Account Manager About The Job We are seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage/Oversee PO orders on various E commerce channels (the company will assign platforms to you)
- Manage and optimize all aspects of our ecommerce operations including inventory pricing and promotions.
- Analyse sales data and draw a trend to optimize performance and increase sales.
- Coordinate marketing teams to enhance user experience and align with the brands unique identity.
- Monitor and improve order fulfillment processes to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Handle and resolve customer issues related to online purchases in a timely and effective manner.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Create sales material to present to customers
- weekly and monthly reports to upper managerment/supervisor on account health provide KPI reports.
- Answering and maintaining various sales channel of customer orders inquiries FAQ.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
