To represent CTS in the role of Estimator.
To provide quotes to customers in a timely manner ensuring all quotes are sent with the correct and accurate information requested by the customer including any supporting information.
Ensure that estimating activity is performed efficiently and to the relevant legal statutory and customers requirements without loss in quality or standards.
Mange the process of annual updating regional rates to reflect pricing changes as well as amendments to specific customer termed rates which need to be reflected in CTSi
Work with relevant subcontractors (both within the Group and outside it) to ensure we have access to agreed rates for work CTS subcontract on a regular basis
Develop relationships with nonaccount managed customers ensuring a regular dialogue around current and future works working to help grow sales.
Ensure all quotes are populated and updated on our CRM system.
Manage and record key commercial metrics associated with estimating and quotations including (but not limited to) win rate reasons for quotes being declined.
Ensure the confidentiality of all customer information obtained or created during the performance of estimating customer quotations
