Job Description
Role: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Houston TX Onsite
Duration: Contract
Description:
- Experience/Knowledge on Polymer Development or polymerbased products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and develop new products.
- Provide technical expertise in molding machining and material selection to ensure optimal product performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
- Prepare and present reports on project status process improvements and production metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Materials Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on polymer development molding and machining.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes materials and product design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
