Position: OpenText Subject Matter Expert
Location: Armonk NY (Remote)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OpenText SME to lead and support our OpenText initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance contribute to strategic development and work with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize OpenText applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert knowledge on OpenText products and best practices
* Support implementation of OpenText solutions aligned with business needs
* As OpenText SME you will conduct training and create documentation for users and teams
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and ensure success
* Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience with OpenText products (Content Suite Documentum)
* Strong communication problemsolving and technical skills
