We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive IT Ops Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our technical operations ensuring system reliability and efficiency and supporting crossfunctional teams in the implementation of technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in analyzing data troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
System Monitoring: Monitor technical systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues collaborating with IT and engineering teams as necessary.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systemsprocesses and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on operational metrics and performance to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to support project implementations and operational initiatives.
Training: Assist in training staff on new tools technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical operations role or similar position.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. SQL Excel or similar).
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL CompTIA or similar) are a plus.
