1. Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced drinks, following standard recipes and techniques.
- Operate coffee machines and equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning correctly.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu and beverages.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and build rapport.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and beverage ingredients to educate customers and make recommendations.
- Stay updated on menu changes and seasonal offerings.
4. Sales and Upselling:
- Promote and upsell menu items, including pastries, snacks, and merchandise, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments.
5. Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and informing management of low supplies.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and help with ordering supplies as needed.
6. Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Desired candidate profile
1. Education:

2. Professional Experience:
- Experience: Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or food service environment is preferred but not always required.
