Roles and responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:

2. IT Operations Management:
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network management, server maintenance, and help desk support.

4. Budget Management:

Desired candidate profile
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Master’s Degree: A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA with a focus on IT or a Master’s in IT Management) is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
2. Professional Experience:
- IT Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT roles, with a strong background in network administration, system management, and technical support.
- Managerial Experience: At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities.
