Roles and responsibilities
1. Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
2. General Ledger Management:
- Prepare and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure that records are consistent and discrepancies are addressed.
3. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Generate financial reports for management, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against the budget and provide variance analysis.
5. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors.
- Oversee accounts receivable, tracking outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collection of payments.
6. Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies in employee compensation.
7. Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Desired candidate profile
1. Education:

2. Professional Experience:
