- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the security team.

- Manage daily security operations, including surveillance, access control, and emergency response protocols.
- Ensure that security personnel are adequately trained to respond to incidents, emergencies, and safety threats.
4. Incident Management:
- Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to address security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents.
- Investigate security incidents and breaches, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
5. Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security and safety.

6. Budget Management:

Desired candidate profile
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Master’s Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Security Management) is preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are advantageous.
2. Professional Experience:
- Security Experience: 7-10 years of experience in security management, risk management, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing security operations.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership skills and team management capabilities.
