Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of hygiene inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the F&B Manager on hygiene and safety performance.
Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices.
1. Planning and Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing food and beverage operations for events, functions, and daily service.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of F&B services.
2. Menu Development:
Support the development and planning of menus, including selecting items that align with seasonal trends and guest preferences.
Coordinate with chefs to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
3. Budget Management:
Monitor and manage F&B budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
Prepare financial reports and analysis related to F&B operations.
4. Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent waste and manage costs.
5. Staff Coordination:
Assist in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of F&B staff to ensure proper staffing levels.
Provide ongoing training and support to staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and safety protocols.
6. Guest Relations:
Address guest inquiries and feedback regarding food and beverage services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Work to create unique and memorable experiences for guests through personalized service.
7. Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
Monitor food presentation and quality to maintain high standards.
8. Event Support:
Coordinate F&B logistics for special events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
Communicate with event planners and clients to ensure F&B needs are met.

Administrative Background
F&B background is a must.
