Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Assists study team with data management for research studies, entering data into electronic data base.
  • Modifies and plans research experiments, procedures, tests, or survey instruments.
  • Reviews medical records and/or conducts screenings for recruitment of study participants, performs interviews and QOL questionnaires.
  • Assists with quality assurance and tracks regulatory submissions. Performs related approved responsibilities as required.
  • Interprets, synthesizes, and analyzes data using scientific or statistical techniques.
  • Completes assigned tasks/targets within given deadlines.
  • Responsible for the patients’ safety.
  • Coordinates with the ethics committee to generate all the research documents and reports.
  • Writes the visits, reports and files all subject documentations.
  • Coordinates and maintains all medical research archiving.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the head of unit.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • 1-3 years related experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Commitment to excellence in research and within professional and ethical code of conduct.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of collaborative teams.
  • Requires effective time management skills.
  • Requires ability to understand and implement protocols.
  • Requires experience with computer database management.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Requires Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to think critically and work independently.
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills.
  • Test Administration: Administer psychological assessments according to established protocols, ensuring that tests are given in a standardized manner.

  • Scoring and Interpretation: Score tests and interpret results, preparing detailed reports that summarize findings for psychologists or other professionals.

  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients about the testing process, helping to alleviate any anxiety or concerns they may have.


Desired candidate profile

  • Assessment Administration: Proficient in administering a variety of psychological tests, including cognitive, personality, and neuropsychological assessments.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately, drawing meaningful conclusions about a client’s psychological functioning.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate test administration and scoring.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various assessment tools and software used for scoring and data analysis.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings clearly to supervisors and other professionals.

  • Empathy and Sensitivity: Ability to interact with clients compassionately and sensitively, especially in potentially stressful testing situations.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assessments and maintain accurate records.

  • Ethical Judgment: Understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements related to psychological testing.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychologists, educators, and other professionals.

  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on best practices in psychological assessment and emerging assessment tools.
