Roles and responsibilities

• Operations Management: Lead and optimize daily operations, ensuring smooth processes across administration, finance, facilities, and IT departments.
• Enrollment Growth: Formulate and execute strategies to boost student enrollment, enhance the school’s visibility, and strengthen its reputation.
• Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Oversee budget management and financial planning to support operational needs and growth objectives.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise and mentor non-academic staff, promoting collaboration and maintaining high standards of service across all functions.
• Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to all relevant education regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Facilities & Infrastructure: Manage the upkeep and development of school facilities, ensuring they meet current operational needs and future expansion plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community leaders, regulators, and service providers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the education sector or similar industries.
• A successful track record in driving business growth and managing enrollment initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards within the education sector.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
