About the Role:
We re seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Admin Manager to oversee sales administration operations drive efficiency and support effective credit control. This role is ideal for a detailoriented individual with a solid background in property development and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly credit control reports and forecasts to support financial planning.
- Oversee and streamline daytoday operations including new sales subsales and tenant transitions in line with company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections working closely with finance and operations teams.
- Manage tenancy matters and maintain uptodate records documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and follow up on project milestones such as loan documentation disbursements blanket consent approvals and other relevant documents.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their development and productivity.
- Handle additional assignments as needed to support departmental goals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Law Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 57 years of relevant experience in property development or sales administration.
- Experience with IFCA.net system is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education
