Role Description:
If you re someone who loves travel enjoys helping people and values the freedom to work at your own pace a role as a Remote Cruise Specialist could be the perfect fit for you. In this role you ll guide clients through selecting and booking their dream cruises whether it s a familyfriendly adventure or a luxury escape. No prior experience is required free training and ongoing support will set you up for success!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in choosing and booking cruises tailored to their needs and budget.
- Provide information on cruise lines itineraries amenities and excursions.
- Confirm bookings and handle details to ensure smooth and enjoyable experiences.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner.
- Make adjustments to bookings as needed and stay updated on cruise deals.
Required Skills:
- Customer Service: A dedication to providing exceptional service and addressing client needs.
- Communication: Clear and professional in both written and verbal interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing booking details and client preferences.
- ProblemSolving: Resourcefulness in addressing any booking changes or client issues.
- TechSavvy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with email and booking software (training provided).
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary free training provided.
- Enthusiasm for travel and helping others experience the world.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule remotely.
