Pay rate is XX25.


Position will be on site hybrid.
Interviews will be conducted via TEAMS

This position is NOT a technical position The position is more customer service based; candidates will be required to complete an excel assessment.


Summary:
As a SWIPE Business Analyst you would work as a part of a dynamic team which provides technical support and issue resolution for credit card processing systems. Responsibilities include providing secondlevel support to field service technicians via phone and support ticket queue setup and configure credit card processing devices.

Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Level 2 support for bottler field technicians.
Diagnose problems according to established procedures; escalate as needed.
Maintains knowledge base of incident resolution steps and shares common scenarios with other team members.
Registers and processes requests for service according to procedures and coordinates activities with other team members as appropriate.
Maintains process documentation.
Create operational performance statistics and financial reports.
Stewards health and reporting information to assigned participants.
Performs routine configuration changes and profile changes as directed.
Ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor s Degree or relevant work experience
Preferred: Fouryear degree related to information technology

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Analytical and factbased decisionmaking skills.
Good organizational skills detail oriented high sense of urgency.
Team Player and persistent follow through to resolve issues.
Ability to independently research issues develop/execute resolution strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external customers).
Knowledge in credit card processing systems a plus.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a collaborative environment.
Strong systems knowledge (i.e. SQL Quick Base Excel).
Technical support experience.
Experience preferred within a Food & Beverage company.
