Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

You Will Be Responsible For:

As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include receiving and screening incoming calls and emails, determining their priorities, and ensuring timely responses. You will perform project-based work as assigned, collaborating closely with Team Executives and various support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.

Your duties will also encompass scheduling and coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Additionally, you will offer organizational support by ordering supplies and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
