Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst 3 with expertise in Power BI development and business analysis. This role involves reviewing and evaluating business systems to align with overall strategies identifying technology applications to enhance business effectiveness and preparing comprehensive solution options and financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling and business process reengineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Conduct data modeling and analysis to enhance business processes.
- Facilitate business process mapping and reengineering initiatives.
- Prepare detailed documentation of user needs and program functions.
- Perform risk identification and financial analyses (cost/benefit ROI etc.).
