Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant Manager IV to support a critical transition project in Oregons health insurance marketplace. This role will provide essential technical expertise and guidance throughout the transition process ensuring compliance with security requirements and improving system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing health insurance marketplace platform capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to CMS security requirements including data protection and privacy standards.
- Review and enhance RFP documents and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to align with best practices.
- Collaborate with state agencies and vendors to facilitate a smooth transition process.
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining the transition plan and security measures.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in health insurance marketplace platforms.
- Indepth knowledge of CMS & IRS security compliance standards.
- Proven experience in analyzing RFPs and SLAs for complex technical projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
