Job Description
Job Title: ETL OPS Analyst
Location: Southfield MI/ Portage MI/ OKC Salt Lake City Utah/ Austin. TX
Duration: Fulltime
Year preferred: 4 years

Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detailoriented ETL OPS Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ETL processes ensuring data quality and supporting data integration efforts.
- This role involves working closely with various teams to analyze develop and optimize data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.
- Monitor and optimize ETL workflows to ensure efficient data processing and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction transformation and loading.
- Collaborate with data engineers analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation and errorchecking mechanisms.
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes data flows and system configurations.
- Participate in the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions.
- Provide support for datarelated projects and initiatives including data migration and integration efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL and data integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in ETL development and operations with a strong understanding of data integration concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and technologies
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloudbased ETL solutions and data integration platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience with big data technologies and platforms like Databricks Airflow Microsoft Azure.
