- Prepare for Success: Prepare students for success in relevant Business Studies qualifications and future careers.
- Encourage Entrepreneurship: Promote entrepreneurial thinking and encourage students to develop their own business ideas.
- Contribute to the Department: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the Business Studies department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Business Studies Teacher: With a passion for the subject and a proven track record of success in teaching Business Studies.
- Strong Subject Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in business concepts theories and practices.
- Excellent Classroom Management: Effective classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Inspirational Leader: Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities fostering a love of business and encouraging their entrepreneurial spirit.
