Job Summary/Purpose
Senior Officer Inventory Controller ensures the documentation is prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
1. Update and upload on Inventory Management System the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) received from principals; Update all Air/VOR Invoice in SAP System.
2. Prepare Air/VOR Special orders purchase orders supplier quotations and arrange to secure necessary approvals.
3. Provide timely update on GCC enquiries and branch enquiries in relation to GCC Parts.
4. Update POSS (Parts Order Status Sheet) in IMS/ SAP (Air/ VOR) received from principals.
5. Submit order forecast details to Suppliers upon approval from Senior Manager.
6. Generate order dispatch summary report receipts summary report and Stock Month report and submit to Senior Manager.
7. Update parts and accessories information to branches in a timely manner.
8. Analyze Outstanding Purchase Order Report seek explanation for delay from Principals.
9. Ensure timely follow up with Supplier for ETA / ETD Status after Shipment / Invoice
10. Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to Senior Supervisor.
Education Primary
Diploma (12th Standard 2 or 3 years Diploma)
