Job Description
- Implement monitoring and debugging tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high system availability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites to ensure the reliability of backend systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their technical growth.
- Analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Document code, APIs, and technical processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and support onboarding of new developers.
