Job Description
Title: Sr. .NET Developer
Location: Permanent remote
Type: Contract
The .net developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The .net developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Understands department segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods occasionally in ambiguous situations and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with UpToDate .NET/.NET Core framework & related technologies
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development using .net core and .net frameworks
- 23 years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience with working in Agile environment
- Good Knowledge on Splunk Architecture Administration and its Components.
- Good understanding of OnPremise and Splunk Cloud.
- Hands on experience in writing Splunk queries.
- Good Knowledge on Parsing Indexing Searching concepts.
- Good Experience in creating Data Models and Devops experience.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Previous experience in remediation / upgrade / migration projects
- Strong analytical and issue resolution capabilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong client interfacing skills
Nice to Have
- In depth experience with Splunk Knowledge objects (Saved Searches Lookups).
- Good knowledge about Splunk index Cluster and Search Head Cluster environment.
