Job Description :
- This position works primarily in LN (Baan upgrade) to process Sales Orders clearing all fatals/issues.
- This position works with Engineering/Supply Chain/IT to resolve the errors.
- Updates will be made to lineset and nonlineset orders enabling us to send correct EDI requirements to Suppliers.
- May be required to process the same order multiple times to clear errors.
- Other systems include but not limited to CVT/EOFF/PBA/Pharos/CDMS/Flexis.
- Extensive training will be provided. Detail oriented candidates only. ERPLN experience preferred.
- Computer experience and Customer Service experience is the main thing. Big Plus excel ERP LN/Baan Power Point.
