Job Description
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Provide technical expertise in Java and IBM Sterling (or alternatively any other OMS or experience with Retail/Supply Chain/Commerce) to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support the finance and accounting teams with domainspecific insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
