Job Description

Summary: The position focuses on ensuring asset visibility and security posture assessments for both onpremises and cloudhosted workloads including virtual machines containers and serverless environments. The role involves identifying noncompliance with industry and vendorspecific security standards and working to maintain secure configurations across all assets.

Position Info:

  • Location: 6001 Hospitality Court Morrisville NC 27560
  • Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Provide visibility of physical virtual and cloudconnected assets including virtual machines containers and serverless workloads.
  • Conduct security configuration posture assessments for all assets.
  • Identify and report noncompliant configurations based on industry and vendorspecific standards.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • 8 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering or cybersecurity role or 5 years of experience with a Masters degree.

Certifications:

  • CompTIA Net
  • CompTIA A
  • CompTIA Security
  • CPTE or CEH
  • CISSP
