Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Lead the organization's digital transformation initiatives, focusing on innovative solutions and cultural change to revolutionize business processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
  • Identify transformational opportunities across departments and processes
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies and new digital solutions
  • Develop business cases for transformation initiatives and track ROI

Innovation Management

  • Scout and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT) for transformation potential
  • Create innovation frameworks to test and implement new digital solutions
  • Establish digital innovation labs and experimentation processes
  • Drive adoption of design thinking and agile methodologies for transformation projects

Digital Culture & Change

  • Champion digital-first mindset across the organization
  • Design and implement digital literacy programs
  • Create change management strategies for digital initiatives
  • Establish digital champions network across departments
  • Develop digital transformation success metrics and KPIs

Transformation Project Portfolio

  • Prioritize and oversee portfolio of transformation initiatives
  • Lead digital process reengineering efforts
  • Orchestrate customer journey digitization projects
  • Drive automation and digital workflow initiatives

Digital Capability Building

  • Conduct digital maturity assessments
  • Identify critical digital skill gaps
  • Design digital upskilling programs with HR
  • Create digital capability roadmaps
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
    • Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with various departments (IT, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
  • Technology Integration:

    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and digital tools to improve business processes and services.
    • Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring successful integration with existing systems.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field

Experience

  • 5+ years leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of successful digital change programs
  • Experience with business process reengineering
  • Background in change management and organizational development

Technical Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends
  • Experience with digital innovation methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital design thinking and customer experience
  • Familiarity with:
