Roles and responsibilities

Ensure each guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience by overseeing service standards and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.   • Greeting Guests

    • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
    • Provide a friendly and hospitable first impression.
  • Seating Arrangements

    • Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
    • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
  • Reservation Management

    • Handle reservations, both in-person and over the phone.
    • Maintain an organized reservation system to accommodate walk-ins and special requests.
  • Customer Service

    • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
    • Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
  • Communication

    • Relay guest preferences and special requests to the serving staff.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness

    • Ensure the hostess area, waiting area, and entrance are clean and welcoming.
    • Monitor the cleanliness of tables and assist in clearing them as needed.

  • Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.
