Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Troutdale OR (Onsite)
Relocation: Candidate should be LOCAL No Relocation candidate will be entertained
Salary Range: $125K annually plus benefits
Duration: Full Time: Permanent
Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week
Citizenship: USC or Green card Holder

Job Description:
Business development manager will be responsible for the development of opportunities and driving business within the defined territory. Explore market potential and identify customer base to promote environmental business opportunities related to essential lines of business. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
MustHave Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Valid Drivers License Required
3 years or more with environmental sales experience
Capable of prospecting and developing customer relationships
Travel as required to meet business sales expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Can earn up to 37% sales bonus of base salary per year.
Develop close and maintain business opportunities
Prepare customer proposals
Provide best in class customer service
Generate new leads and convert into customers
Meets or exceeds all sales expectations and budgets
Seek and attend organizations that will help to promote sales initiatives
Review and understand bid specifications and requirements
Communicate activities and initiatives through verbal and written reporting
Conducts all business engagements ensuring that Environmental Health & Safety is the paramount priority by following policies processes and acting in a safe and professional manner
