Conducting site assessments feasibility studies and cost estimates to facilitate project planning.
Designing site infrastructure ensuring compliance with all local state and federal regulations.
Utilizing latest software tools for civil engineering to create detailed and accurate designs.
Managing and leading civil engineering aspects of commercial real estate projects from concept to completion.
Staying informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.
Meeting tight deadlines budgets and quality standards while implementing strategic thinking.
Solving complex engineering problems related to site development.
Presenting complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering P.E. or E.I.T. licensure in Massachusetts and experience with Massachusetts Civil Engineering codes.
Required to have a minimum of 35 years of experience with commercial real estate development projects.
Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D is necessary.
Must have a strong understanding of local building codes zoning regulations wetlands restrictions and other environmental considerations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The job is fulltime with a schedule of Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.
Work location is in person.
The pay includes a sign on bonus salary and up to 20% commission on all billings above base salary.
