Location: REGEN London Streatham
Hourly Rate: 12.50 per hour Sales Commission

About the Role:
As a Member Experience & Sales Advisor youll be the friendly face at the front of our club responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and potential customers. Youll play a key role in the daily operations ensuring the gym is always looking its best and everyone is having a fantastic experience. This isnt just a reception role; its an opportunity to be an integral part of our fitness community and develop your career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Member & Guest Interactions: Greet everyone who enters the gym engage with members and ensure they have an exceptional experience during every visit.
Sales & Memberships: Conduct sales tours make outbound sales calls and guide potential members on their fitness journey. Youll earn commission on each sale so youll be rewarded for your efforts!
Operational Excellence: Keep the gym clean tidy and fully functioning at all times to maintain a high standard for our members.
Assist Management: Provide support to the management team in various tasks and projects to keep the club running smoothly.
Customer Support: Answer calls respond to inquiries and handle general administration at the front desk.
