Job Description
We are on the hunt for an experienced Ionic Senior FrontEnd Developer with over 5 years of IT
experience and a proven track record in leading frontend development projects using the Ionic
framework. The ideal candidate will excel in responsive design be an expert in applying CSS
variables and have a history of working with complex Storybook integrations. The ability to create
components with Stencil and experience with Syncfusion libraries will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Lead the development of responsive and maintainable UI components with the Ionic grid system.
Guide best practices for using CSS variables to maintain a consistent styling approach.
Oversee the integration of components into Storybook validating design and responsiveness.
Define comprehensive attributes and properties for components ensuring clarity and ease of use.
Architect robust event emitter patterns to enable complex component interactions.
Manage advanced component lifecycle scenarios ensuring smooth user experiences under all
conditions.
Ensure meticulous documentation of component design functionality and usage guidelines.
Spearhead the testing framework within Storybook to confirm adherence to functional and design
specifications.
Scrum & Agile Process: Actively participate in Scrum sessions providing progress updates and identifying any
impediments.
Apply Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
Assist in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to enhance team synergy and project output.
Reporting:
Maintain transparency with daily updates on progress timelines and any challenges faced.
Proactively communicate any risks or delays to the Scrum Master or Project Lead.
Qualifications
Over 5 years of professional IT experience with a focus on frontend development.
Extensive expertise with the Ionic framework and responsive design principles.
Indepth knowledge of CSS3 HTML5 and modern JavaScript ES6.
Proven experience with Stencil for creating web components is highly prized.
Familiarity with Syncfusion UI components is beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership in Agile environments and a history of successful project.
