Job Description
Roles Objectives
- Generate compelling designs that meet client requirements.
- Boost Companys reputation through strong client relationships.
- Encourage collaboration between design and construction teams.
- Develop sound interior design practices to advance Companys efforts.
- Ensure constructions meet provided specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and arrange interior spaces and manage the progress of construction site.
- Establish highlevel design objectives to fulfill client projects.
- Design architectural interiors using 2D and 3D software.
- Determine budgets that match project requirements.
- Schedule project milestones and completion timelines.
- Inspect construction to ensure adherence to requirements and compliance with codes and standards.
- Source construction materials needed for building plans.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelors degree DESIGN/INTERIOR DESIGN.
- 3 years proven working experience in design/site supervising.
- Master design software such as Autocad 3D Max Photoshop and rendering softwares.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong organization.
- Analytical skills and generation of data for decision support.
- Knowledge in materials techniques standards and safety standards.
Performance Expectations
- Creative Innovative and have the ability to propose creatives and originals solutions.
- Managing projects alone respect the schedule manage the workforce and prepare budget.
- Coordinate with onsite workers engineers and contractors.
- Explain the design choices costs and deadline clearly.
- Respect the agreed deadlines for the completion of projects.
- Understanding customer behavior collaboration with outdoor stakeholders to improve performance and ensuring product displays are appealing to customers.
